BREATHE
Deep breathing during the massage focuses your mind, breathe out whenever
the therapist applies pressure on your body, and relaxes your body and
mind at the same time.
VISUALISE
As the therapist works on tight areas of knots, visualise those places
loosening up.
BODY
POSITION
Your body must in a comfortable position. Dont help the therapist
to lift your arms, legs or turn your head.
STOP
THINKING
Focus on the sensations youre experiencing and think about nothing
else.
AFTER THE TREATMENT
Drink plenty of water and no vigorous exercise for the rest of the day
after the treatment. Just relax or take a nap.
